Why we started Secret Lux

As Cornwall holiday home owners ourselves, we were frustrated. Traditional agencies charged 20%+ commissions for mediocre results. The market was changing – tax regulations, rising costs, new challenges – but most agencies weren’t adapting.

We knew we could do better. Our travel tech background meant we understood what really drives bookings. Our love for Cornwall meant we knew how to create the experiences that make guests fall in love with our magical county.
