Ideal for a family, couples or a small group of friends, the cottage is part of a Grade II listed stable block that has been beautifully converted into a two bedroom retreat. There are views of the sea from all the south facing windows (bedroom 1 and open plan living area), and uniquely for Marazion, private parking in front of our garage in our shared courtyard.
From the front door, it's a short walk to Marazion beach. Ideal for swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking, it's a truly unique spot with the island castle taking centre stage in your view. You can find out more about what's nearby a little further down this page.

The space As you enter the property you walk into the gorgeous vaulted open plan kitchen/diner/living room with everything you could need; new Smeg electric hob and oven, Bialetti moka pot and milk frother for the best Cornish coffees, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
There are 2 comfy sofas with lots of cushions, a 40 inch TV with a Netflix subscription and Superfast Wifi.
The bedrooms are both off the living space. One with a new kingsize bed and views of St. Michael's Mount, and the other with 2 new single beds.
The bathroom with shower and WC is just off the living space, and the hall from this then leads onto the terrace with space for al fresco breakfast and dining.
Guest access The access lane is traditionally Cornish and narrow with limited turning space, but our large SUV style car or long wheelbase van can fit in fine. There's an allocated parking space for you in front of our garage. Additionally further parking is available in the car parks in Marazion at a reduced weekly rate.
Pets Well behaved dogs are welcome and must be mentioned prior to booking. Please keep them off the soft furnishings. There is a dog fee of £50 each per stay.
