Secret Lux was set up by Nic Costa and Andrew Berry. We both own holiday homes in Cornwall and have both spent many happy times in homes all over the world, so really know what makes a Cornish holiday special and the little touches to make a stay one to remember forever.
Nic has run businesses in travel marketing technology for the last 26 years, helping some great multinational brands. Andy has run a very successful Cornish residential lettings agency since 1996.

We’re curating a collection of extraordinary holiday homes in Cornwall. Homes that are unique, beautiful, warm, welcoming and ooze charm. Places where memories are made, with adventure for all ages on their doorsteps. We’ll whisper local secrets of when fishermen land their lobsters and quiet coves for grilling them on beach barbies. We’ll entice guests with our favourite walks, views and eateries nearby, and offer local tips from paddle boarding through caves at the right state of tide, to the best farm shops and private chefs around depending on what’s in season.
We believe a Secret Lux escape should leave your guests with memories that last a lifetime and longing to visit again, so our unique experience is about making that happen.
We market your property, take bookings, manage all guest communications, and look after cleaning, and maintenance with a 24 hour call out service... if you'd like us to.
Coupled with a big helping of technology, we work with the biggest brands in the industry: Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and Google, to maximise your occupancy and annual turnover.
We work on a commission per booking model, with payments made to you soon after we receive the funds.
