Secret Lux was set up by Nic Costa and Andy Berry. We have both spent many happy holidays in a multitude of holiday lets all over the world, so really know what makes a holiday home special and the little touches to make a stay one to remember.
Nic has run businesses in digital marketing for travel the last 26 years, helping some great brands to grow. Andy has run a very successful Cornish residential lettings agency since 1996.
Working together we are building a collection of special homes by the sea, coupled with a deeply personal service to ensure each guest's holiday is enjoyed to its fullest potential.

We’re curating a collection of extraordinary holiday homes in Cornwall. Homes that are unique, beautiful, warm, welcoming and ooze charm. Places where memories are made, with adventure for all ages on their doorsteps. We’ll whisper local secrets of when fishermen land their lobsters and quiet coves for grilling them on beach barbies. We’ll entice guests with your favourite walks, views and eateries nearby, and offer local tips from paddle boarding through caves at the right state of tide, to the best farm shops and private chefs around depending on what’s in season.
We believe a Secret Lux escape should leave your guests with memories that last a lifetime and longing to visit again, so our unique experience is about making that happen.
We market your property, take bookings, manage all guest communications, and look after cleaning and maintenance... if you'd like us to.
We work on a very competitive commission per booking model, with payments made to you soon after we receive the funds.

What a dream cottage! This is easily one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Light yet cosy, stylish yet practical. The location is beautiful and as long as you have a car it is the perfect place to stay - it’s easy to get to so many lovely beaches and sights. You can tell a lot of thought and love has gone into providing guests with the best experience.
