Polsue Cottage is in a designated World Heritage Site, located just steps from the water in the peaceful village of Point, with stunning views.
From your front door, you’ll be just 30 seconds from the water where you can launch paddleboards, go swimming, or try your hand at crabbing. The cottage is right by the water in this sheltered haven, perfect for water activities when the tide is in. It’s also the start of some fabulous scenic walks and cycles in our Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, including the coast-to-coast Bissoe Cycling Trail.

Please send your booking request and we’ll reply almost straight away. From July till end August we run 7 night minimum stays with changeover day on Saturday. At other times min 3 nights
The space
With reverse level living, you’ll enter on the first floor into the cosy living and dining room with spectacular views across the water. The open fireplace creates the perfect atmosphere for cosy evenings, and there’s comfortable seating for the whole family to relax and enjoy those stunning water views. The kitchen has great views and everything you could need and all the essentials for a comfortable stay
There’s also a WC upstairs.
Downstairs you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: the main bedroom with a king size bed, a twin bedroom perfect for children or friends, and a cosy single bedroom.
There’s a family bathroom with bath and shower overhead.
Step outside to your private enclosed lawn and patio area – perfect for alfresco dining while watching the water. There’s a Weber Gas BBQ and plenty of space to relax outdoors and soak up the peaceful estuary-side atmosphere.
Due to the traditional stone construction, the cottage stays lovely and cool in summer and cosy warm in winter.
The cottage is perfectly positioned next door to our sister properties Estuary Cottage (which sleeps 4), and Anthony Cottage (sleeps 8) in this historic terrace of traditional Cornish cottages built in the 1800s.
There is off-road parking for 2 cars right outside the cottage.
Plenty of local walks from the door, and many, many beaches reachable by car.
Pets
Well behaved dogs (max 2) are welcome and must be mentioned and added to the booking. Please keep them off the soft furnishings and beds.
