Aussie Smoker, Cornwall

Genki, St Agnes: for summer time Acaia bowls.
West Beach Porthmeor Cafe, St Ives: Deli style lunches, pizza and fish bar. Just pure quality food by an awesome young couple, plus right on the sand.
Mine Restaurant, Falmouth: For something a little posher with a laid back atmosphere. Serving up the best that Cornwall has to offer in simple, playful dishes.
The Chintz Bar, Falmouth: to have a drink down the rabbit hole!
Dynamite Valley Brewery Beer cafe, Ponsanooth: every Saturday 12-6pm. Every pint is only £3. Drink your beer only meters from where it is brewed with a great Aussie Style barbie next door.

Bango Kitchen's Secrets...

Bango Kitchen, Cornwall

Slice of Cornwall Café Restaurant, Falmouth: a truly beautiful spot in Trewardreva Mill, North Helford, set near to ancient woodlands. This off the beaten track spot needs a visit.
Eco Park Cafe, Mount Pleasant: the Wilder Allotment Kitchen is a vegan cafe focused on delicious wholesome food, with live music and entertainment, and a great vibe not far from the sea.
The Ferryboat Inn, Helford Passage: This magical Inn, in a beautiful cove, enjoys one of the county's pub's most beautiful waterside views across the Helford Passage. Really, really delicious home-made pub grub, and run by the loveliest couple.
The Punchbowl and Ladle, Feock: very cosy 15th century pub, serving delicious pub classics and award winning ales.
Behind the Bike Sheds, Wadebridge: a gem owned and run by Paul Ripley, a legendary Michelin chef, and best mate Steve Morey, doing classic and comfort food, extremely well!

So take 4 mins out today to watch some really moving seascapes and messages, all from recycled footage, with a great soundtrack by Bicep (our current number 1 "Welcome to favourite Friday night" tune at home) from a charity based in Cornwall that does so much more than its name says; Surfers Against Sewage.
